Well, I thought I was gonna be a lone soldier today to meet the Limeys, but I was pleasantly suprised! After picking up Paul and his wife in O-town, we jetted to Tampa to meet Nick. Got to the port and met with Nick (and his friend Nick) at about 8:30. Nick then informed us that he saw a frost SVT blaze by the meeting place and not stop. Well, we waited there because we thought it might have been someone. At about 9am we bailed for BAT. Damn place was closed. We then decided to grab a bite to eat back near the port, so we made for the shipyard again. After we sat at the table for about 5 mins, my phone rings. It was Rob from Neco. He said he was gonna try and swing by. Well, low and behold, about 45 mins later up walks 3 dudes. Rob, Ken Gibbons (CFCSVT) and his brother in law. They spotted the 'tour on the parking lot so came on in. HAd a great time talking and shooting the breeze. Ken has a great looking SVT 'tour and Rob has a dope Cougar. Ken's borla is very nice. Here are a few pics too...

Almost forgot, on the way home I pulled in to the local "blast-o-matic" car wash to spray the bugs of my car. As I was waiting for a bay to open up, a sweet ass cougar pulled in. At first I thought it was a cougar S, but upon closer inspection, it was a Roush Cougar (stage 2 kit I believe). Talked to the dude for about 25 mins. Coll as hell. I also was lucky enough to have my camera still on me from Tamp, so I snapped a few pics. They aren't the greatest, but the car was sweet!!

Hey Neil, It was nice meeting you and everyone there. Like I posted on the NECO board, sweet car!!! Did you ask the Cougar if he was a NECO member?? If he wasn't did you tell him about it?? Well if he is in the Tampa area, i will soon find it!!! Where did you see the Cougar?? I have a friend that lives in the Tampa area that has an SVT Contour. But I only see him on ocassion. So if i see him i will let him know about the Contour Site!!

Yes I told him about NECO. I worte down the web addresses for him. Alsk met another guy today with a cougar. Geez, they are everywhere. Too bad SVT's aren't.....This guy had a few mods (springs, rims and tires). I also told him about NECO. Both these cougars were spotted in MElbourne.

The reason ther aren't more SVT's is because god feels pitty for us......why did you shelf the Cougar-S Ford????? Why????? frown . Well that is enough of that. Thanks for the word of mouth advertisement.....I guess we should start picking Contour owners brains about CEG. I think this is the start of a beautiful relationship. Peace out CEG brothers.

Zero

BTW.....that kits looks alot like the WW kits, but a little more aggresive.
