Don't know where VA Dragway is, but there is a NHRA track down near Richmond that is nice. Also there is MIR which is in southern MD down by Fredericksburg which is also nice. Up here in MD we have a few tracks, Capital Raceway, Cecil County Raceway. In WV there is a road race track called Summit point, never been there but heard it was good.

Did a driver's school at Summit Point 2 years ago. Doing it again this year. Not a bad track. It's about 1.5 hours from DC. There's also VIR in SE VA, which takes a long time to get to but has some great events.

Cecil rules. I'm not biased, I swear. wink Actually, of the 4 tracks I've been to it was easily the best.

Cecil, Beaver Springs (PA), Osceola (IN), Atco (NJ) in that order.

They're all probably a little far from you though.

yes my ratings for tracks have got to be, Maple Grove (PA), CECIL, and then Beaver Springs (PA)
in being close to you I guess, my suggestion would be cecil, they have great facilities and also have a contour on the trophy list for the American Iron Shootout, I forget his name but he frequents the boards, Im sure he'll say something. lol

EDITED: or maybe if you just look above it might be in his sig also  so stupid, I cant believe I didnt see it there
