My brother in law has a 2001 Extreme 4.3 and he is thinking of upgrading his exhaust this summer. I have been to the S-10 boards and cannot find any helpful information on finding aftermarket parts for this truck. The best way i have learned to find things for trucks is through either ebay or a good website(such as www.truckperformance.com). I found that website right after I posted this and found a couple nice fairly inexpensive mods for him to do.
