Big thumbs-up to a guy there named Steve Lemons. He fielded my online parts request and has been great about running down what he didn't have in on-site stock and keeping me posted on my order. And he did it with enthusiasm and good nature. I just wanted to share. smile

True. I usually just go through Bill Jenkins for all my Ford parts. Either that or contact Matt M. and have him talk to his guys.

I'll second you on their parts department, but because they also have an excellent stock. No other dealership in the VA/MD area had a windstrip and trunk liner in stock, let alone both.

Unfortunately, the same can't be said for their service department. Especially stay away from service manager Keith. 2 trips to Keith for a fuel filler cap that repeatedly failed emissions. After charging FoMoCo 3 labor hours to "diagnose" it (as covered under my warranty), I finally convinced Keith to replace the $4.99 part.
