Maybe it's just me, or maybe it's the fact I haven't driven the car for a week, but my Bassani seems real quiet all of a sudden.
It was low 80's before I left, come back a week later, and it's in the 100's. The exhaust sound is so mute.
It's kinda nice but it's kinda weird. Does temperature affect volume?

Just curious

I agree with you, I think my bassani is loader in the winter. I think it is because the exhaust pipes are cold which may make the sound more raspy. I would say it is quieter in the summer. But it is still a load exhaust.
peace

I think it has more to do with the way your engine is affected by the temperature. Here in Hell, I mean Arizona, my exhaust note seems to be different in the heat of the day as opposed to the cool morning time. More throaty and deep when it's cool outside. I'm gonna hang out on a limb here but I think it has to do with the engine and the management system, maybe with the temp of the air being taken in.... i dont know, sounds good.
