It's a common problem. I don't think a replacement upper mount is too expensive. If it is, IIRC some people drill out the broken bolt and then replace it with a grade 8 bolt from the hardware store. I think. Hell, I dunno, I'm in Fairmont mode already :p

Yeah ... Sorry... Just now got it and posted in Problems. I found a ton of people around the Forums that had this problem. Mine was covered under warranty though. I pointed Josh's out to him after Andy pointed it out to me. Don't know if Josh's was replaced under warranty though.

phucking dealer wants $230 in labor  I have a local shop near me that has done work on my car before, and they are very good. I just got my DMD today, so I think I'm going to have them just do the mount while they do the DMD. I'll see how much they want. thanks again fellas......and Andy, you're not pulling mine when you see me :p

Maybe it's just cause i've been without my car for so long (over 2 months -- but i've heard they are working on it now -- yeah right) but I don't know what DMD is ???

Use search! :rolleyes: DMD = Dual Mode Damper. Wont help you any since you have UD pulley. (I think...)
