Tri State GM Club is please to announce that both the Make A Wish Foundation and the Red Cross have graciously supplied us with donation pamphlets. Our goal is to raise as much money to help those out that need it the most. These pamphlets can be taken with you to ask others to help out in raising money for this cause. Well having this in mind, Tri State GM has decided to make it worth everyone's time and effort. We have come up with a give-a-way plan for those that raise the most money for each charity. Please keep in mind that you must contact me if you wish to join this fund raiser. I can be reaced at info@tristategm.com

Here are the details:

1. There will be 30 pamphlets to hand out of each charity.

2. You will need to specify which charity you wish to raise for.

3. All 30 participants (if not registered) in this fund raiser are required to pay an entry fee of $25.00.

4. Participants that have paid already can join and will be compensated the day of the event.

5. Every participant will recieve a 2002 American Iron ShootOut T-Shirt.

6. Only the top three participants will recieve racing watches that are provided by SK SPEED.

7. Moneies collected should be sent to the address provided below by no later then April 13, 2002.

8. After your collection is done, a check must be written out for the exact amount indicated on the phamplet.

9. Check must be payable to the charity that you collected for and sent with the donation pamphlet.

The winners of this fund raiser will be announce the day of the event. I hope that this will encourage more people to participate in what really is a great cause. I appreciate all that have contributed to this event and I would also like to thank those ahead of time that will be participating in this fund raiser.

If you have any questions, please do not hesistate in asking.

Important - If you wish to particapate in this fund raiser, please put your full effort in to it. If donated money is not received by the due date, then the particapant will need to bring all the information the day of the event. In the case, that the particiapant does not have the required information, it will result in the individual being DQ'd from the event or paying full price the day of. That will be the comittee's decision and their decision is final.

Please understand that by doing the above, it is a serious commitment and we are doing this to benefit those that are in need.
