I need to raise the headlight beams on my '99 SVT. I see there is a screw next to each of the levels, do I turn those?

Also, I know there are supposed to be screws to adjust the fogs. I looked under there and saw nothing...can someone post a picture, or tell me where to find these screws?

The fogs are easy and you will see a big improvement. If your small enough to fit then just crawl under the front of the car. If you not then you have to ride up on to some blocks or something. Now look right under where the fogs are and you should see a small circle. Inside of that hole you should see a screw that is about 3"-4" up in there. Thats the fog adjustment screw. As far as the headlight, yeah those screws on top will move them but I never had to adjust mine so I can't tell you which one to move which way but those two hex head screw will adjust the headlights.

Thanks. I guess tonight I will find a flat surface to park on, shine the lights against a wall, and fix it!

My fogs are way too low. From the driver's seat, I have to kinda pull myself up by the steering wheel just to tell that they are on!

I believe it is a Torx T-20 and should be turned 1/4 turn clockwise???? The answer is in the Common Gripes and Problems.
