what happened to everybody ?

Sorry we missed you! We didn't arrive until around 8:30 I think it was. At which point I guess you guys had left. As you know there was also an event at Capitol Raceway, so instead of doing only one event we tried to hit both.

Did any other CEG'ers make it? I know bigwalton extended the invite to the Focus guys also, so hopefully your night wasn't a complete bust.

My Brother just bought a Focus. I have told him about the possible meets with Contour folks. He said he was down for whatever so hopefully something will happen again soon. Sorry I didn't show up when most of the people took off from Capitol I was in line to try and get another run in (which took another 1.5 hrs. So let me know when something will happen and I will be there.

I hung out until about 8:15 then i figured no one was gonna show.on the upside icecream is never a bad thing and there were alot of muscle cars /hotrods so it wasnt a total loss.we will have to try again sometime.

I was all set to go and the old lady nixed the idea. I wasn't too upset because I hadn't gotten a chance to wash the car and I didn't really want to show up with a pollenated ride.

I feel doubly bad because I had posted on the focus board letting them know that we were going to ht that place. Sorry all.

Bigwalton.... I don't know if you use (or if others would say not too) a California Duster on your car. I use one on mine for the pollen and minor dust issues. Nothing like washing/cleaning the car though. I know I washed mine before I took off to Capitol. Maybe I should've waxed it (you know to decrease wind-resistance ha ha ha).
