On Route 1 just before the exit to Powder Mill Road at about 12:35 this afternoon. It was a silver SVT, tinted windows (I think), and a contour.org decal in the window. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to honk or wave since I was trying to pull out of the Subway's parking lott. I doubt that they saw me, but I have a greenish 98 SE Sport. Anyway, sweet car - whoever it was!
