contour.org is a community of contour/mystique enthusiasts, no matter what you own for a car.
everyone here "joined" the same way as you did. they registered for a login name and make posts, read threads and attend meets from time to time.
you're just as much a member as anyone else.
I don't really know if anyone would define it as a "club" where you have to be a certain way to be a "member".
I think asking permission is totally unnecessary.
I certainly didn't ask permission to post here or go to meets (as much as it may really irritate the crap outta some people
)
