The Mondeo ST brochure!?!?!?!?!?!?!? OMG this thing is sweet. I'm seriously thinking about saving up and getting one imported, unless they actually show up stateside, in which case, I'll just wait. hee hee

www.ford.co.uk if you go into the "just browsing" category, look at the "car range," scroll to the right using the little arrows towards the bottom of the window until you see Mondeo. Click. Then on the left-hand side, you'll see the brochure... DAMN does it look nice!!

Just checked out the specs...
Roughly 223 hp Duratec V6, 3 liter if I've read correctly... if they wind up bringing this to Mercury next year, it may have to be mine....

I went and looked at one in a Ford showroom over in England. The car is sweet. I like the interior the most. Very classy!!!! Not even remotely close to the Contours in the U.S. Dare I say is was nicer than the Jag S-Type I looked at as far as interior goes. I asked if I could buy one and import it and the guy just laughed at me. (I wasn't serious of course). No test drive because I would have crashed it!!!! I turned on the engine and revved it up.... Oooooo Sweet sound. Reminded me of my SVT. Also the stereo kicks a$$; something that was neglected in the U.S. Contours  Me Want Bad!!!!!

I'm actually toying with the idea of importing one.... again, unless they DO bring out the ST here. Importing would be as expensive as owning two cars, but, it'd be nice and rare here! :-)

What does one really cost? I dont mean to import and all that, but how how much in US dollars does it cost? Is it much more expensive than the SVT is? I know, I know, hard question, different countries. Anyone????
