here you go

the bolt is metric either 10 or 12 x 150 (threadpitch)

the puck that is missing is 13/16's high and 2 and 3/8's wide

I assume the size of the hole in the puck is the same as the bolt.

Do we need to replace a nut as well, or is a piece of the mount threaded eliminating the need for a nut.

yeah jay no need for you to get a nut this time, oops i mean the bolt threads into the mount

mike, a puck is just what i said a puck, like a hockey puck, but with the dimensions i gave, and a hole in the middle.....

you could get one without a hole in the middle and drill one if needbe

i dont know where you could get the puck, but the bolt you could get at a hardware stock, i wouldnt suggest getting the strongest bolt you can get either, cuz if the bolt doesnt break, something else will

if the bolt is a standard metric bolt then a number will be stamped on the head. like, 8.8, 9.9, 10.1 those numbers indicate the bolts condition of heat treat. Be sure to get a bolt with the same number.

A source of the (puck) would be the urethane body mount bushings that come in body mount kits for things like pick-up trucks. Unfortunately the kits are a little pricey and come with a fairly large assortment of bushings.

I'll keep my eyes peeled during my travels and see what else I can find.

thats the name I was looking for. I'm sure that if you get a catalog of the stuff they make you'll find something close, and then it can be trimmed to fit.
