Since your car is newer than Baco's I think it will be a bit easier than his.
You can do the install yourself, but there's a few special tools you'll need first. You will especially need a coil spring compressor, a small one ($30 at your local supplier) some very good penetrating oil, (PB blaster, ZEP 45, or Aero Kroil) All the fasteners are metric. You can find instructions in the How To section of this site, or you can pick up a Haynes or chiltons manual.
Go easy on the struts when you remove then since you need to swap over quite a few parts.
If you are planning to install a swar bar I suggest you do it at the same time, since it has to be done while the wheels are removed. Yes, get new bushings, if you bought the bar new it should have come with new ones, if not I suggest you install new bushings the proper size for the bar for 2 reasons. 1. the proper bushings will fit the new bar. 2. a worn bushing will take away from the effectiveness of the new bar.
I currently have a SP Motorsports rear bar on my car and the difference is very noticable.
If you want to take your car's handling one step further get a front strut tower brace. There's a few on the market right now, like the OMP, and the SP Motorsports which I have. Both will give you the same results, but the OMP is adjustable and looks cooler but requires you drill holes in the strut tower, where the SP Motorsports uses the upper mounting stud of the strut and requires no drilling.
