I'd never trust their paint dept. I have, however, had pretty good luck with them when taking the cars in for mechanical work.

Let me know if I begin repeating myself too much. shocked

I don't think so, the reason mine went back was because the clearcoat was broken up in the seam along the bumper/fender that stretches from the wheel well to the headlight, in addition to the clearcoat breaking up in at least five other areas.

Fords warranty polices usually are strictly enforced with many ways that the dealers can talk their way out of doing the work.

man ryan, i'm sorry to hear of all the problems with the paint work. from my own past experience with ford f#$%ing up my paint i would suggest that you make the dealers "manager" or "owner" take a look at the car when you go to pick it up the next time. in fact, i would make them do the walk around with you when you drop it off. and let them know EVERYTHING that you see wrong with the work that they have done. if you are going to write a letter to the BBB make sure that it is in-depth and send photos. i tried to go that route with my SVT but didn't have much luck with them. best of luck to you man. i know how horrible this feeling is...just keep your head up...
