He's (hopefully) picking up his Windstar tomorrow. This is the second time a front suspension spring broke (the left one went last summer; the right one went last Friday). Recalled item. What sucks is that Ford only replaces them with the same type - recalled - Ford springs.
But still, they're the dealer we've had the best luck with dealing. We're rather unsatisfied with the cars, however. Love driving my Tour, hate spending $ for repairs though!
What are you talking about "warranty paint." Please e-mail me info... my paint is wearing away behind the doors, not sure do I qualify for something?
