What's up everyone. I am new to this site but not to the performance world. I have a 1995 Ford Escort (don't laugh). I have an intake, headers, hi-flo cat, custom bent exhaust, Greddy Sport Muffler, cams, 50hp NOS from carparts.com. My question is...my mom is giving me her car and I wanted to know if there are any companies who manufacture parts for this year and model. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is a 1996 GL.

Which engine is it? There's plenty of parts for the zetec(4-cylinder) because of the same engine being used in the Focus. Some of the parts from that car do work with the Contour, but some don't. The duratec(V-6) does have some aftermarket support, but it did take some time to get some parts out on the market for it.

Yeah, sorry about that. Its the 2.0l. I keep thinking is like the escorts. lx 1.9, gt 1.8l.

Do you know of which companies and sites I could visit?

There's plenty of sites listed in the links section. Many zetec owners here, including me, visit other enthusiast sites for the Cougar and Focus as well as posting here.
