Are there any upcoming CEG meets for the New England area?
I went through "search", but could only find references to past meets.

We will definitely be thinking of meet dates as the weather gets warmer. Alot of cars are off the road, people come from all over, which can be difficult with the weather. You can always plan on the Ford Fun Weekend in the Summer and after the excitement of last falls meet we will probably do the same this coming fall. We also have random meets that seem to have about a two week notice.
As a group we have learned alot about other members of the group and the events seem to get better and better every time.

I suggested the casinos to the kids over in CT not too long ago. pretty good response, except from the youngin's but someone did mention he's gambled as an under 21 year old, they just wouldn't let him drink at Mohegan. The general consensus was that Mohegan was much better.
Edit: forgot to also mention that NJ/NY folks showed some interest too.

just saturday night my parents went to Mohegan Sun for dinner with some friends.
There's alot more to do there than just gamble, theres shops, resturaunts and other attractions. If you have ever been to Disney World, its set up similar to that just minus the rides.
But if you want to gamble then gamble you shall. There are several different casinos all in one.
The parking situation is alot better at Mohegan Sun, since the parking lot pretty much completely sourrrounds the facility. Rather than Foxwoods where there is limited parking at the facility, and most of the visitors have to park almost across town and take a shuttle bus in.
They have all different kinds of resturaunts that serve all types of foods. For instance, the italian resuraunt is decorated like old world italy, the mexican resturaunt like mexico and so on.
The bar, was way up high on like a balcony. IT was decorated with big pillars that were brilliantly shiny, my dad said it looked like the secret place that Superman went to on his movies.

oh yeah, I forgot to mention its free to get in. You could just go there and walk around and look at stuff all day and not spend a dime.

also posted in National forum (just now) is the CAN-AM cruise set up by some NECO members. They're going to Niagra. I thought this was a pretty neat idea to do. It's in May. Niagra is a long trip though. I dunno if I'll be up for it after going to Spring Zing.
