Hey all,

What were guys cahrged for your 30K service?? I took my car to Tasca this morning and I almost dropped when the quoted me the figure

All is did was cabin air filter, oil and filter change, air filter - all myself. Come spring time I will get new plugs. I'm about 40k right now on the SVT.

take out your owner's manual and read the recommended service section. There will be a part for 30 or 36,000 miles. Its all real simple stuff you could do youself in just a few hours.

Tasca is expensive - and I recommend them for EVERYONE on major/semi-major repairs....BUT....

for simple things - I wouldn't waste my time with them or any other dealer for that matter. like i said - they're expensive.

just try it on your own.....if you foobar something - then you can send it in to them!
