hello all,

well here i am, on the island. it has been a long while since i have last checked any type of mail or ceg news. so i just thought that i would say hello and fill anyone in that was interesed. as i'm sure everyone knows, i have sold the svt (post ryan scoring the new tires laugh ) i ended up buying a '99 jeep chrokee classic. not too bad, perfect for this island. the 4x4 has already come into play. the first thing that i thought of as i pulled the jeep off of the ferry was how painfully it would have been to drive on the cobblestones with the svt. i think that i have made the right choice. in fact, i'm sure that i have. i would not want to have hurt the svt, that would just not have been right. the jeep on the other hand, it's a jeep wink my job is going great. actually working a 62-hour week this week. i have this am off but i'll be closing tonite. i actually love my job. the people i work with are cool and my employees are not so bad. carrie is doing well, for anyone that was interested. smile well, i guess that's it for now. i plan on keeping up with ceg, although not an "owner" it will forever be in my blood laugh

peace all, sully

Jeep cherokee, good choice man. I used to have one when I was in highschool. It was a POS but still lasted until 160,000 miles.

My neighbor has one with the 4.0 6 cyl. and has over 210,000 miles.

Change the oil when the spirit moves you and it'll last a long time.

I'm glad to hear you are settling in, and that you like it there.

Mike,

Glad to hear things are going well! Sue and I were beginning to wonder if everything was alright. We're glad Carrie is doing well too! Like Mklaro said, at the next meet your welcome to take the SVT for a ride, try out these amazing tires wink laugh !!!

Good luck with the job, make sure to keep us all informed with things, I'm sure we're all looking forward to getting together again, with or without the cars! Take care, enjoy the 4X4!

Ryan
