I guess I am not the first to note that NE has is very lucky to have a resource like Bill Jackson at Sentry South. I have been having problems with bucking at 75-80 mph when accelerating around those damnable trucks on I495 near Rt2. I call Gervais Ford, Sentry North and some other dealerships after having reviewed CEG. I would ask about the IMRC (the silver box under the plastic cowling), and they would try to sell me the lower manifold (the one with the secondaries) for $265.00. It was like talking to a wall. I remembered from my many visits to CEG that Bill Jackson was at Sentry South. I called him. He knew exactly what I was talking about. ~$85.00. I pick it up on Tuesday.

We are very lucky especially given the generally problematic nature of most ford service and parts depts.

His name is Bill Jenkins! smile But, I agree, Bill is the man. He has helped me plenty times with prices and parts my dealer 'couldn't' get.
