Hey all, the NESHOC autocross is the most fun you can have fully dressed!

They're at Fort Devens in Ayer MA, and they do have a few open slots $45 at the gate. I did this the first time a couple weeks ago and I'm hooked - even though I $uck!

The NESHOC folks were fabulous about helping me through my first event - they/we will for you too!

Check out the scene at http://www.neshoc.com look for the directions and give it a go! You folks with the SVT 'tours will cut up!

Trust me on this one,
- Jeff

Jeff,
Where in Pepperell do you live?
I'm right next door in Townsend.

Chris, I'm over near the airport. The "commutable" end of Pepperell. Used to live over on the Townsend/Brookline corner, in fact still have some land with the back line on Townsend. Love the area but can't get my wife to consider it - yet.

SVT that's quite a ride, good thing you've got a good rig for it!

Guys if you're in the area and enjoy driving your 'tour/tiques then this low-key club autocross is really worth checking out. I will admit that I've been handed my a$$ by some of the drivers there but I'm learning alot and having nearly the time of my life doing so. Only problem is the next event isn't until September frown wink . The good news is both fall events are only 1/2 sold out so there's room!

So my 320bhp Cobra still can't quite catch the gal in the ZX2 but I'm now within a second of her (big improvement)!

The SHO club is very active and very supportive of non-SHOs, your cars would be a very natural fit. And since they're lighter you'd have an inherent advantage!

Cheers,
- Jeff
