A silver SVT zoomed past me in the left-most lane on the 401E around 7:15 pm Tues., about 1/2 km before the 427 split. It was lowered and had a silver touring-style wing. It was doing around 150-160 and there was a yellow Stealth a few lanes over to the right matching speed. I couldn't follow as I was headed downtown. Was it anyone here?
