I searched the How-To's section (accessed via www.contour.org under Mods/Parts) but coundn't find anything.

I also tried a search but it didn't turn up anything useful. Best guess is to remove the panel (pops out) and see how hard it is to pull the bulb.

Sorry, wish I could do more.

Congrats on the family purchase! Any details on the 'tour?

I've got the Chilton's for the Contour and it has the procedure and some diagrams...I'll scan it in as soon as I get a chance (it's my brother's scanner) and post it for ya.

Actually, in the diagrams it looks like the clock is a sealed unit...might have to be replaced completely...?

To remove the clock you need to insert a small stiff wire into the holes under the upper edge of the clock and then pull. The bulb is easy to change and it only costs a few dollars. I may have a part number for it as well. I will check it out later today.

yeah it was pretty simple .... took a precision flat head and pryed the unit out, i found taking from the sides worked better.
once it was off the bulb was in the back
removed that with needle noise plyers.
12 W \1.2v bulb,
now when i get the replacement bulb, will it come with the condom cover already on.
us guys know how hard they are to put back on once they are off smile
