What would be a good price to ask for a 1999 Contour SVT with Moonroof option and CD player with 43000km's?

I noticed one in yesterday's Star, but no price was mentioned. FYI.
98 Mystique LS v6 atx 110,000km
97 Contour LX v6 atx 125,000km
stock CD on LS, cass on LX
spoiler, tinted windows on LS only
4 wheel discs on LX only
All other available options on both

FWIW One at the dealer here is going for $23,000 with 57,000kms on the clock.

car bra., K & N filter, hyper white low beams, after market fogs, JVC Kameleon head unit, 600 watt amp with 2 10" kicker subs, soon to come new rims
New adition 01/11/2002 The original 95SE in Midnight Red all the toys including traction control
Fog light mod, lightmoonroof switch from a focus, power antena (still wiring it up) post 98 sail panels, new water pump , Bosch quad plaitnum plugs, and a new Cat.

There was a 99 svt going for 14,950 on autotrader.ca (from focus auto group in GTA)
It is gone though. (it was red)
