Dude its all in that flex head ratchet. Me and a few other CEGers had everything else but the flex head and we couldn't get it out. PITA. Thanks for the how-to though. Good job.

I did have a look at it, for future reference - how-to's with pics are always welcome!

Good work. I have a library of instructions from people like your self.

Some petty advice would have been to put all the pictures on one or several pages. That way I can just hit print and the all the info goes to my printer (numbered in order).
