I do mine every 5000KM without fail. Since owing the car I have only once gone over the 5000 by less than 100KM.

I change every 5000-6000km. I can if I wish extend it a bit with the synthetic, but I do a lot of city driving so that is my upper limit.

i run synthetic i change the filter at around 3000km then run another2-3000 on the new filter then do a change,i hate castrol, syntec is all i used 2 use until i found out its not real synthetic but they change themolecular structure of regular oil. they take a couple things out and call it synthetic, then charge the same price as real synthetic.use synthetic oil and a good filter

I agree with all the comments...with synt. you might be able to strecth it out a little longer but if you do city type driving I would change it by 5000km.

Mobil 1 is great... Iahave also tried the Penzoil full syth and it was just as good.

I think 2-3000 km is overkill. I change mine in 5000 MILES.

Every 5000km with non-synthetic Quaker State from Q-Lube. With the amount of K's I put on my car (about 500k/week) I would never be able to afford synthetic. I feel that my engine has never skipped a beat in it's 117000km life.
