With some much appreciated help from Alessandro, we managed to put new Cross Drilled Rotors and Pads on my Tour. The back rotors were a bi***. I would recommend the use of generous amouts of WD-40 and a large hammer to get them off if you've got high mileage on your rotors.
They look great and once broken in should provide many miles of enjoyment.
Thanks to all that offered help, tools and advice.

I hope you put Anti-Seize on the back of the rotor that goes to the hub before putting it back on! When I removed mine for the wheel bearing, I used the universal puller to pull that sucker off!

So I wasn't the only one. I actuallt broke off a piece of the old rotor, I wasn't planning to reuse them so that turned out ok, oh and a sledge hammer helped too

Yes, I used lots of anti seize. Should help if they ever need to come off. The use of a sledge hammer was necessary for the rears. Hope I don't ever have to do that again.

Think I'll sell this car before I need new brakes again. Not sure yet of the replacement car. I'll let you guys know.

Thats was fun to do...

Chris and I were hesitant to use the sledge, but even semi gentl taps got those things loose.

Your help was greatly appreciated, as was your patience!
