I am trying to take the drivers door panel off on a 2000 contour. I have got something loose causing a bumping sound. I got all of the screws off around the sides but it seems to still be holding around the door handle and power switches....
any ideas.....

Thanks for your help
Nick

if you have handle for a window..there is a little pin that might of popped out of place...or the speaker is on the verge of blowing...

If you look under the door handle, there is a little whole. Put a small screw driver in the whole and pop out the facial oval insert you see on the side of the handle facing you. Behind it are two screws. If you have power windows, check the motor, they notoriously come loose.
