Its snowing AGAIN!!! Took me 2 hours for my regularly 30 minute drive. But the city looks all fresh and clean today.

Yeah, no kidding. I drove in it and wagged my tail the whole way to work. Others weren't so lucky having parked on snow banks or in the ditches. I should have stayed home.

I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF WINTER - BRING ON SPRING!!

I found my SVT under 6 to 8 inches of snow at the Richmond Hill GO station this evening after work. Took me a good 10 minutes to clean it off, thinking all along that there would be no way in hell I'd be able to pull out of my spot in the unplowed lot, with the snow well above the front fascia and side skirts. Lo and behold, put it in gear, a little tire spinning, and away I went. I guess FWD and good winter tires do make a difference.

I actually chickened out, left the tour at home and borrowed my moms topaz. That little pig never gets stuck..I think the narrow tires help.

Oh yeh, well my drive of one hour took me three hours and I still didn't get to work, I turned around and went home and after 5 hours of driving in total I got home at lunch time. I have to shovel the driveway twice. I love winter, but it sure has been a long time since I've seen this much snow. I go skiing in Quebec next week, I sure hope they have just as much.

Alessandro, I'm out there, wearing out my tires between RH and Toronto ...I always have my SVT radar on, but haven't seen the SilVer bulleT around either. Kind of strange, considering we live maybe 5 or so miles apart.

Yes I have seen it worse out East. I'm actually glad I'm not out there right now though. Halifax and some other areas have seen over 300cm this year already. My parents and others have had to have pro's remove the snow from roof tops to prevent collapse. They are getting hammered HARD.
I should have some pictures coming soon. I'll have to show them to you when I get them.
