Anyone had any luck with Tousley service dept? I just had to take my car there (see problems forum) and was wondering how they are. I didn't particularly care for the fact that the service manager was too busy to talk with me and I had to get the information for a tow from the receptionist. They only had 1 SM on for the day. Hopefully this isn't standard practice or I just may have to do a bit of calling. I normally stick with brookdale but as thier service department is closed on Sat. and they were abotu 20 miles away at the time it really wasn't an option. Anyway if anybody has any info on Tousley or a person that they know that does good work there I would be happy to hear it.

Little place call All Tech on White Bear ave and Ivy in Maplewood. They do all the work on my car! I'll never take my car to a Ford dealership again! Two man operation, the guy who runs the place is ASE Master certified. If you tell them Rusty sent you they may even give you a break. Hourly labor is $55 compared to Ford $80 or $90. They've done my clutch, alternator, and installed my BAT struts. No problems! If you want a quote on something drop me a PM and I talk to them for you.

I've never liked Tousley. They are always rude and talk to you about your own car like you are a moron. Plus, when I had to bring my car in for some warranty service it took them a lot longer than it should have. Personally I won't go to Tousley. Any time that I need warranty work done I go to Inver Grove Heights Ford, they are the friendliest and most time efficient.

YEah they kinda sucked. They gave me a rough time about trying to get a loaner car even though the receptionist said that there would be one available. I actually did get one after grumbling abotu that! I went in the morning and it was a zoo, no one knew what was going on or what to do people were all over the place. I think I'll stick with brookdale, they're much smaller and I haven't had a problem with them yet. I would have gone there but at the time it wasn't an option.

I cant stand Tousley anything, sales they just laugh at me when I come in to look at cars(19 year old), service-tell me that my car is fine when it doesnt run, tousley sports-sold a crap bike to my friend(crapped on him3 blocks down the road) they wouldnt take it back.
So I just stick to Hastings Automotive(Ford), because my family is well known(bought 12 vehicles there). So if I have a problem I can talk to the owners without a problem.
