I've got to bring the car in for service/repairs. Is there any place that you guys would recommend in particular? Thanks.

Yes, but get Terri Lynn (or something like that) as a service advisor... I've whipped her into shape already. Loved Holly, but she got promoted. Just may heaven help you if you have to deal with the parts manager.

Other than that, American Ford is good.

While my limited experience with the service department at Apple Valley Ford was good, I get more pissed off everytime I go to their quick-lube. They used to have 24 hrs service/lube... then it was like till 2am, then 10pm, now their only open till 9pm, and they don't work on your car after 6pm. It seems like they grew in popularity, then cut everything back to save money, must be new management or something. (end-rant)
