Has anyone picked out the particular route? I'd like to be able run up
north toward the end of the run, for I'll be tailgating at the MN Thunder
Pro Soccer game (second to last home match). ETA: Blaine 5:30 for 7:30
kickoff.

So what I'm saying ... I'd love to know the route, and influence its
meandering path northward after crossing the river and running about. http://www.mapquest.com/cgi-bin/ia_find?link=btwn/twn-map_results&zoom_out=1

Here's an attempt at map locations: I note in particular ... Morton's
Corner north of Ellsworth, WI ... never been there, but I'd bet $US0.05 that
a string of Contiques running thru there would draw some stares ... from the
cows ... not the highway patrol. Note to all. Watch for farm implements.

For those who've run these roads ... can you recall the route and figure out
the county road #'s.

Tempted to run with the Mustang :0
why not? Wish I could run it with the 220SE ... some day.

Well, that link took me somewhere that doesn't speak English!

What we did lat year was take MN3 south to Hastings, then cut West, then basically played around there wherever the mood took us. It ended up basically being a back door into River Falls when we were done.

As far as exact roads we took..., I wouldn't be able to tell that to save my life smile

Well River Falls is my old stoppin grounds from college. I know that are pretty well. (however street names kind of escape me.) AS far as getting back to Blaine in time. That shouldn't be a problem, since we wouldn't be more than an hour (If you do the speed limit) from there. I live up in that part of the metro now so if you were to need directions from where we end to the Sports Center I can help you out. Hope to see you all there.

Later,
Dave
