Mine were happening about once a year, but after I melted one, not it's every month or so...

Check to see if the rear housing is melted... you may need to replace the lights.

Andy has a pair available.

Andy feel free to give these to him if you want, I only wanted them for spares.

Had the same problem. I took it back to the dealer everytime and they would replace the bulbs. Then once the car was no longer under warrenty SHOCK AND SURPRISE the whole fixture needs to be replaced. WOW! How does that happen? Sorry for all the sarcasim. Bad design or just Ford quality I don't know. I have no answers just sharing your pain. I'm just going to replace it with an aftermarket setup. Would be love to hear suggestions from you guys on that.

Hey Rusty!!! I don't know if you looked at my set up but I think it would work for you. The PIAA's fit like a glove. Catz XLO's will also.

I had the same problem, 3 gone in about 6 months time. I find I don't use them as much anymore... smile Plus, I have also noticed they are a bit of a cop magnet, insofar as they pay more attention to you (even when driving legally) then when they are off. Wonder if we can term them 'punk lights' or something. smile
