There's an autox event in Fairmont,MN June 2-3(Thanx James) Who's up for it? www.deskmedia.com/basso/ SOLO II AUTOCROSS DOUBLE EVENT June 2-3, 2001 Fairmont Airport, 1 mile east of Fairmont, MN 9:00-12:00, Registration & Walk Course, No Entries after 12:00 noon. 10:00- 12:00 noon, Practice 12:00-12:30, Walk Course 12:30, Dr. Meeting, followed by timed runs. Trophies awarded at end of each day Entry Fees: One Day Both Days Members of Sponsoring Clubs $22.00 $39.00 Non-Members $27.00 $42.00 Members that want the discounted entry fee will be required at registration to sign-up for special work assignments. (Flagging at start, Timing, Posting times) Eventmasters: Duane Madsen (507)235-3344 Carl Wieman (507)455-1308 This is a great way to test your road race car and possibly earn a trophy! We have a class for every car, even vintage and dirt track cars. Go-Karts are classed per WKA rules.

Where is Fairmont? If it is less than an hour from St. Paul, I would be there for sure.

I'll be going, but for one day only... I'm open on either Saturday or Sunday.
I did it last year and it's a great event! Definitely worth the trip.

I believe Grand Old Day in St.Paul is on the Sunday of the Auto-X weekend (June 3). I'm still open on the day to Auto-X, but some people may wish to attend that. In that case, Saturday may be better.

Saturday works for me! I just have to find someone to watch my kids that day. I don't think they will let me race with them in the car even if they are strapped in their car seats.
