Not to sound dumb.. but I would like to know how I can identify the production number of my SVT? and is it EO or EI??
What seperates it from a 98.5 and a 98/99?
Just want to register it correctly.

Call 1-800-FORD SVT with your VIN number, they'll give you the production number.

E1 vs E0... If you bought it new, does it have a clock in the dash next to the light for the key antitheft system? If there's a clock, it's an E0, if not, it's an E1... easiest way to tell, though clocks can be contentented easily.

another way is the stock wheels. E1 wheels are flatter 5-spokes, and have exposed lugs.
