Nope I never did make it to the track... seemed something would always come up on the open track days to prevent it. This Sunday is another one and once again I have other things going on that take precedence.

Thanks for the kind words.

Enjoying the S4? I know silly question?.

How as the BFG KDW's worked for everyone as snow tires in the past? I'm thinking I'll tough it out this winter, and if they are really bad, I'll get a set of 17"'s with some higher performance summer rubber, and use the 16" SVT rims for some snow tires. What do you guys run?

I ran the stock GS-C's the first winter (1998-1999), including the March snowstorm. I survived, but it was not fun. I now use Blizzaks on stock rims for winter. Much Better, even if you do sacrifice dry ability.

The KDWs IMHO suck in the winter. I don't think we are going to be as lucky with winter this year as the last couple we have had. Even with the mild winters we have had lately, the KDWs had me doing 360s on the way to get my snow tires put on. If this winter is anything like the last couple, you might be able to make it with the KDWs. I used MZ01s last year - great snow tire (for a while) they are no good on dry roads. I think I might go with the Pilot Alpins or the new Blizzacks this year as they seem to be better on dry roads and OK in the snow.
