Hey,
Do any of y'all have a heat shield for the KKM? I noticed the problem when I got it last summer, yet assumed it was natural with the open air filter. Nevertheless, Houston heat's coming upon us soon enough, just wanted to know what y'all have done.

I don't have one, but I think if you e-mailed or pm'd Brad Noon he'll make you one. I know some guys just back to a modified stock air box with a KandN panel filter.

I have a complete Ford Cobra intake. The stock cone airbox with K&N and 80 mm MAF. I had to get the Bat intake pipe becaust the setup is a little longer than our setup, but with a liitle wor, I got it to fit. It works great and the airbox keeps the heat out.
