A decent car dealer of any make should see to it that you are satisfied. Anything that occurred while the dealer had your car should be corrected and the car should be made the same as it was when you took it there for service. So look it over carefully but don't make any dishonest claims, not that you would, and if you are not satisfied, talk to the Service Manager or the Body Shop Manager and if that does not do any good, talk to the General Manager or the owner of the dealer. You might need to talk to the latter about compensation for the value of your car. Most of all, keep a cool head and be rational in your discussion to with whomever you speak. If after all this, you are still not happy, you can call Ford and explain the situation and be as detailed as you can. People can be too quick to say that I am going to get a lawyer. Leave going to court as the final option. Max, let us know how it goes!!
