Doesn't look like I missed too much, only like 3 new topics in DFW since I left....talk about a good time!

The flights were not bad at all, no delays, no bad weather to speak of. Arrived in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize and were greeted by my girlfriends cousins and friends with rum punch in hand. Took a golf cart back to the condos that were amazing. We were on the top (3rd floor) and when you sat on the hammock, if you fell off the balcony, you would pretty much end up in the ocean. Clearest water I have ever seen.

Anyway, vacation summary, went snorkeling with baracudas, nurse sharks (one of the guys got bit by one, not pretty), stingrays, eels, tons of other tropical harmless fish. We went deep sea fishing, cooked out on the beach, went spear-fishing, local beachfront bars, etc.

It was their low season, so there were not a lot of people. I am ready to turn around and go right back tomorrow. I'll post some pics when I get them developed.

Also, interesting note....Temptation Island was filmed at the Captain Morgan Resort on the north end of Ambergris Caye, not as rustic as they made it seem.

It was an accidental bite, we were swimming in Shark/Ray Alley and the guy was playing with a ray, and he was snapping his fingers in front of the ray to get it's attention. The nurse shark saw it, thought it was the guy trying to feed the ray and swam over and bit into some fingers/hand instead of fish food.

They were pretty big though, I'm not used to swimming with crap that's bigger than me. There were probably 20 of them around us, and we were only in about 7-8 feet of water.
