OP orangello Junior Member O Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 6 dallas, tx	Has anyone had a good experience with a dealer on the dashboard recall/repair (01B78) ? Called John Eagle Lincoln Mercury last Wed. and left a message for a service rep. I was connected to named "John Castleberry". So far, no call back Is there some one else down there I should ask for or is there another dealer someone's had this done at with positive results ? Thxs.

Ask for John Garay. BTW: Skyline Ford is near Buckner's Orphans Home. That should make them the Official Ford Contour Repair Dealership. P.M. They went ahead and replaced the dash even though it was just starting to curl up like so many others. I forget who my service rep was though. They were located on Northwest Highway near Jupiter Lane but have now moved to east LBJ Freeway, Oates Drive exit I think, almost in Mesquite. Good luck.
