Here's the info on the car show I mentioned:
Midwest Racing and Cue-Can-Do presents
The 2nd Annual Working Man's Car Show
"Hot Days-Cool Cars"
Date: June 22, 2002
Time: noon to 4pm
Place: Cue Can Do Billiards Bar and Grill parking lot located on Rt. 19(Irving Park Rd) near Wise Rd in Schaumburg.
There will be three categories, each will have 3 trophies, for a total of 9 trophies handed out. The categories are:
1. American made daily driven hot rod
2. American made custom/modified
3. Custom imports
$15 registration fee, registration the day of the show from 10am to noon.
$5 from every vehicle registered, and a portion of all proceeds collected will be donated to the Marklund Childrens Home. There will be a donation jar at the registration table as well.
Entertainment will be provided by a live band and a DJ.

I can come and see the cars, but I won't enter since I'm 97% stock! 
2000 SE fleet, V6, ATX, ABS, no spoiler, T-Green/tan. Built 01/2000 in MO.
Added 12 spoke factory SE rims, K&N. Biggest mod: ESP Plan!

I would go but I have to work, and there is no way for me to get out of it. I really would love to go though.
