I have a couple favors to ask of someone...anyone. smile

1) My check engine light has been on for a while. Does anyone have a scanner that I can use to check it? I'll drive to you to use it obviously.

1) I have THIS PROBLEM , at times, can anyone help me with cleaning this thing? Kinda scared to tear apart my poor car.. eek lol

Try going back to the dealer and they will probably fix it. Just tell them the problem has been there for a while, but it has gotten dangerous lately.

ya its worth trying a dealership if its only been a couple weeks... if you know where golf mill ford is, i know a service writer there. his name is roy and tell him you are friends with ron that has the silver svt.. and quietly explain the situation to him. he might be able to do something for you

hey steve i want to do the same thing because i found out that a dirty Maf will make your car run real lean. This is why my car ran real lean on the dyno. I plan on doing this in summer if i can get my self to tearing everything apart
