here's one of me:

the pic is deciveing, below the large puddle was 12 inches of ice, the water im running through is melted snow from the snowfall we had a day or two before the race.

your power steering must have went out, as well as your alternator wasnt working properly due to the belt sliping.

im sure u had these problems runing threw that puddle

somone's grumpy today! you must be confusing mine with a mistubishi. the alternator is the third highest thing under there, only the intake manifold and intercooler are higher. the power steering pump is just below and to the right of it. i've gone through deeper water faster than that, no problems. i've seen some go through water deep enough, and fast enough to bend back the front license plate. eek

there were plenty of other cars there, of all types, that had no problem.

i dont recall any cars having the alternator or power steering pump that low to the ground where the water would screw it up... if you go fast enough water wont touch it cool

Not every car is like ours man where you have to be carefull laugh .

Mark looks like a blast man wish i could of gone but i had plans already. hopefully i can go next time

i've seen power steering pumps low on cars before, usaully alternators are pretty high on most cars.

kevin, next race is feb 10th. if you wanna just spectate and do donuts on the ice, thats free! and they dont seem to mind, as long as its far away from the course and pits.
