Slow to reply, ain't I? Ag is the chemical symbol for silver, and my car is a 99 silver frost SVT! Putting the ol' degree in chemistry to work, I guess....

Cheers,
Jay

Well I gues we all learn new things everyday. I never knew that was the beginning of the code for the silver frost paint on the SVT. John Murphy doesn't work here any more. He moved somewhere, he was the room mate of the salesman here that I bought my CSVT from. I bought mine in August of 2000 from Wickstrom Ford. We just missed each other. smile

JSVT- The county complex is about 2 minutes from where I live. Sounds like you had a good, productive summer job. :p

Silver98.5SVT- What do you think of Wickstrom? It's a little far from home for me to go there easily for repairs, but their service dept. at least *looked* impressive--clean, well-lit, etc. I used to work up the road in Antioch, and found my car at Wickstrom the same day I decided I wasn't going to put another penny into my old Tempo.

Oh yeah- Ag isn't any paint code, just the chemical symbol for silver off the Periodic Table of the Elements.

Cheers,
Jay

Oh I see, um Wickstrom has in my opinion has a good service department. I work in it, not as a service writer but in the department. We have one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the state but the hourly rate is expensive at $79.50 per hour. My best advice to people when getting your car fixed is to be patient, please.
