Jay just grabbed it the other day, and man is it a kick ass game.

yes it is...I read in the off topic forums someone said there is no Contour or st-200...Well there sorta is, look under the austrailia cars...look at the back end, definetly a Mondeo

Yea its a Falcon from AUS, its a rally car it looks like. Right now im on a Evolution Lancer, that is pushing over 500hp with a Stage 2 turbo, and a ton of mods, AWD.

All in all I thought the $300 was a waste on the PS2, but this game made me think otherwise.

I have also heard it is a fun game and am probably going to buy it soon but I can't understand why they didn't put more cars in it then GT2 had. It just seems weak.

All I can think, is there seems to be more mods and more Calibrating for the cars. There still are like what 180+ or 240+, I cant remeber how many cars are in GT3.

GT2 was good but original PSX sucked left nut when it came to graphics. PS2 is nice but still overpriced.....and to think Sony is losing money on each of those they make! They make up for it with the high cost of games.... :rolleyes:

I just got this game a few days ago too. I am loving it! I just bought the strategy guide from Electronics Boutique today. It was $15 and worth it.

HA!! Tour guys! At least in GT2 there was a Gen III SHO!! Plus, you could get it with a 5spd.

I Wupped GT2 & Jay at GT3 HAHA. .

I think the reason they didnt put in that many cars in was they took up more space with the graphics. But thas coo... But I just cant see paying 350.00 for the system plus the game. I'll let everyone else get it drive to there house & wup them at it HEHE!!

yes I too agree that the PS2 is a little expensive. Why can't they make all the games like GT3...try Sky Oddesy or Rayman 2

I personally think they should make a game like GT3 that goes from city to city...like you have to start in Milwaukee, drive down to Chicago...darting in and out of traffic then to Indy or St Louis...that would be cool.
