Here is a list of some events and weekly things going on around us:
June 22 TF&TF movie at YorkTown
July 28/29 @ Byron NMRA event
Sept 8/9 @ Cordova Fun Ford Weekend
Sept 16 @ Byron Anderson Ford Shootout
Every Thurs night at Burrito Brothers on Bloomingdale road they have a car show (good burritos too)
Roselle Train Station on Friday evenings
Downtown Lombard on Saturdays
75th and Lemont in Downer's Grove on Friday evening
Elmhurst on Wednesdays

September 16 is also a Great car show at Ufting Auto Mall in east Peoria.

Actually, I put that list together last week for one of my Mustang clubs. I thought I would post it up over here and on NECO to see if we could get some more Fords out to these events

You forgot to add one. Midwest Racings very own car show. It is set for Sunday June 24th. Registration to start 10:30 am till 11:45 am. The show will be at Cue Can Do. It will be $10 to put your American made car or truck in it. There will be trophies for first, second, and third place given out. The show goes from 12 noon to 4 pm and 97.9 THE LOOP will be there from 2-4 pm handing out stuff. Come on lets see some of you Contour/Cougar people there.

There is a big car show every thursday night begining at 6pm and going till dark or dusk.
They started up again last week. But I don't think alot of people came last week, cause of rain. I was going to go tonight but I didn't make it. There is alot of car that show up though. Like 100 or something.
It is off of Main St. in Crystal Lake. RT.14 to Main ST. and go right and then drive and you will see it.

mark is this an open Autocross,, i mean can anybody go.... i want to go to one so back i see them alll the time but never went.. and how much is it,,ohhh and where abouts is this place thanks...ps u still comeing to the meet or dont u know yet

Come on Heather...You know that weekend is the National Mustang Racer Association race at Byron and I'm going to be competing with the Mystic Cobra

far as i know, the event on the 24th of june is an open solo 2 race held by the tri state sports car club. I'm pretty sure these are open, not positive, i will find out.
The event is at the chicago motor speedway (parking lot) in cicero.
