i bought my svt used and the previous owner did an outstanding job of installing side markers. (fender cutting and re painting the cuts) but, they are beginning to show their age. i ordered a set from AUTOTOYS.com (make note) and they sent the wrong ones. well, to make a long story short, it looks like it is going to take an act of congress to get this straightened out. no return, no exchange policy. plus they charged an unheard of $9.95 shipping cost on an item that weighs a couple ounces! you do not know your shipping charges until your order is completely processed. my advice is, look elsewhere, i think there is a lot of "gray" area with these folks.

NOTE TAKEN!! I was just looking there, and contemplating buying a few things.. I am glad this post cam up, as that was my next stop, today..

I think I shall go elsewhere, to do business, as the word of a CEG'r means more than ANY business reportoire...

I ordered some headlights and foglights from them a while back. The headlights were on backorder...which they neglected to tell me...they did write it sloppy on the invoice however. They also saw fit to charge me for lights I wasn't going to get for god knows how long. The fogs I received were broken. Customer service was non existant. They have some stupid message board where you get to voice your problems. I didn't get a response so I called their sales line and just started telling them my problems. I had to pay $4 fee for the returned lights. Gah. When all is said and done I got everythign I originally needed..but it was a headache.
