Hey peoples,
Can anyone recommend a good shop that could do some welding for me? A place that will clean the area to the bare metal and then grind down the weld for a clean finish.

BTW - Going to Terry's is too far.

You might want to try New Hudson Welding. It's actually Located in Novi on Grand River, just east of Beck. The guys name is Craig. He has done some peices for my work and I am always impressed. I will try to dig up the number.
