Coming out to MI for a wedding next week. I'm driving out Tuesday 7/2 and staying until the 7th. Anyway, I'm free on Wednesday night and was kicking the idea around of going up to Milan and making some runs. Anyone interested in going with me?

What should I expect at Milan on a Wednesday, especially the night before a holiday? Crowded? Is the track nice? Anyone know about how far it is from Downriver area (near Dix and Southfield)?

I'll probably go up with some friends/cousins. I do not know how they feel but I want to see how slow my car really is.

So it could just be the ATX Zetec and a carload of people or like four cars or just me. I'll call everyone up tomorrow.

Never mind...the fireworks we go to are on the 3rd...I'll prolly be going the 10th...

Hehehe...I just looked at the times and the fireworks don't start till late so I could get up there.

my brother went today and only ran a 15.1 (89 lx stang 5.0) which should run like 14.5. i guess it was hot as hell. all the roush cars were running about a second slower than they should be

Um, nevermind. I found out once I got here in town that I have to go pick up my tux with the groom tomorrow after 5 PM. Don't think I'll be able to get to the strip.
